Organizational structures
According to Huczynski (2013), organizational structure refers to various policies as well as strategies that share values for meeting a specific company’s objectives. Many organizations practice many organizational structures like a hybrid, enterprise, matrix, individual, and bureaucratic. As Mullins (2014) notes, decision inventors straightly communicate to their team members for making effective decisions in the individual organizational structure. This organizational structure focuses on two key factors. These are products and customers. This structure also emphasizes the company’s strategies.

Enterprise structure mainly focuses on different skills of companies’ functional departments. Employees and technologies are related to this structure. By the basis of functions, this structure can be formed (Mullins, 2014).
