Introduction
Small businesses are confidentially owned sole proprietorships, corporations, or partnerships that have less staff and few amounts of annual income than a common corporation or business (Kotler et al, 2016). A small business organization is easier to handle compared to big organizations. It is because the dealings are normally on a small scale and local (Armstrong, 2016). This assignment describes the coffee shop named Café Rosh. Café Rosh is situated at Watney Street, London. It runs a small business. Its main menu is meals, Panini, and drinks. It provides its customers Espresso, Latte, Mocha, Cappuccino, herbal tea, English tea.
This assignment is grouped into four major tasks. The first task describes Café Rosh’s SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, threats, and opportunities) and PESTLE analysis. Then it calculates the business income statement, balance sheet, and income ratios. The second task recommends how to overcome the identified weakness in Café Rosh. It analyses its business performance how could be it maintained and managed. Moreover, it also recommends with justification, near areas in which the business could expand. The third task of this assignment explains the business objectives and plans. It prepares an action plan to implement the changes. The fourth task describes the impact of proposed changes on a business and its personnel. Lastly, it evaluates improvements in the performance of the Café Rosh with a time-scale.

The business vision of Café Rosh is- it wants to be a welcoming and comforting coffee shop in every community of London. It never wants to feel its guests less than special. It wants to serve better coffee in the world (Café Rosh, 2016).

SWOT analysis is a process where the management team identifies the internal and external factors that will affect the company’s future performance (Kotler, 2016). The company’s strengths and weaknesses are internal factors. A business or company can identify its strengths, weakness, opportunities, and threats by using SWOT analysis (Palmer, 2015). Café Rosh is a small coffee shop. It has only one owner. The owner invests a little amount of money in his coffee shop. The owner tries to create a new product of range and wants to make a friendlier environment for its coffee shop (Café Rosh, 2016).
Manager:
A manager manages the coffee shop. He can keep his management book. The daily sales of coffee shops are managed by the manager. He orders employees to do various types of tasks.
Employees:
Employees and staffs are the most important internal factors of a coffee shop. They provide excellent customer services and provide different flavored coffee to their customers. Employees are hard-working, active, friendly, skilled, and professional (Café Rosh, 2016).
Customers:
Customers are also one of the most popular internal factors. Customers want excellent coffee from the café Rosh coffee shop. They also want excellent customer service.
