When a message is effectively sent to the person, after that the fact is that people are not saying what they are saying, but how to tell them “The recipients can understand and inspire the recipients by using the exact method of presenting certain messages. Business documents range from small email messages to complex legal contracts. Some documents are prepared by employees and business owners, others are drafted by professionals outside the company such as Accountants and Lawyers since the documents prove proof of transaction of the company and can be mentioned in the next few years, it is important to write well.
Business letter: The business letter is used to contact outside the office. Recipients can advise customers, other business colleagues, service providers, professionals, government officials, and job applicants. Therefore, every businessman should follow the business letter (Fadiman, D 2008).
Business Report: Business Report is an Important Part of Business The business report publishes information in a format that is more formal and usually long than a letter. The report includes various topics, such as security grace, sales statistics, financial information, feasibility studies, and marketing plans. They can include statistics, charts, graphs, pictures, case studies, and survey results. Some reports are published for the benefit of the investors.
