Introduction

Managing human resources refers to the process of managing people in the workplace. According to Torrington (2013) notes, MHR focuses on employee wants and fulfill their needs to improve their performance in the workplace. MHR offers planned work for every staff focusing on five characters. These are 1. ability diversity, 2. duty individuality, 3. duty importance, 4. independence, as well as 5.response. Human wants or comfortable inspiration assumptions are the base of work-improvement policies general intending administration like medical development activities as well as major tending concern release.

This report is grouped into four main tasks. The first task describes Guest’s Model of Human resource management as appropriate to Samsung in the UK. Further, the differentiation among Storey’s descriptions of human resource management, employees as well as IR performs are described. Strategic integration

According to Kainazarova (2014), human resource management in Samsung Company is focused on the study of strategic integration. Human Resource Management is merged into skillful planning. On the other hand, Samsung Human Resource Management’s insurance is reasonable. Line managers use the human resources in Samsung Company in their every working performance.

Commitment

According to Kainazarova (2014), staffs are confident in organizational motives and goals in Samsung Company. Staff is devoted to showing their good working representation through their good attitudes and behavior in Samsung Company. They also respect the structure and culture of Samsung.

Flexibility

According to Kainazarova (2014), Samsung has applied the hierarchical organizational structure in its company. This structure provides the Samsung Company a more flexible situation for both employees as well as line managers. Samsung assures functional flexibility focused on the knowledge, the relationship between the workers, multi-skilling workers, understanding, etc……………
