Ways to promote appropriate behavior and respect for others

Learning is very useful in order to make a good social environment. It helps everybody to feel comfortable and safe to show their feelings and express their opinions. Learners can desire to learn few learning. Every student can have various cultures, backgrounds, experiences, needs, and beliefs. They also include several opinions and thinking. In order to develop their learning skill and environment of learning, they must show proper behavior and kind respect for other learners. To escape hatred, various discriminations and disrespectful attitudes, it is extremely necessary to be flexible and to improve the learning of basic rules and regulations. Learners should receive basic rules from the teacher.

The basic rules are eye contact, respect, interaction, relaxation, skills, attitude, and various knowledge. By learning the basic rules, learners can learn how to respect others and proper behavior. This is very necessary to recognize the course purposes when introducing yourself as a new class student. Basic rules fix students to work within various boundaries. They allow everybody to include equal chances to perform in their class about the study. Discrimination and difference must be defied in order to assure respect, fairness, and courtesy among the students. Learners should be more concentrated and motivated, raise their opinions, capable to participate and properly engaged in defining learning to make a secured and safe atmosphere. Learning allows learners to gain their goals and to use their potential.

Ways to promote equality and value diversity

Equality definitely defines the students’ rights and law to be provided the same opportunities to evaluate assessment and learning chances. The Human Rights Act particularly avoids discrimination. Diversity transmits and celebrates racial, religious, and cultural factors. These differences the evaluations of students. Equality is the right of the learner to include equal chance, participate, and evaluate the selected training or course according to circumstance, ability, and age. They have an understanding that they are different but they include equal rights. Promoting diversity defines the differences of respect and value among students according to circumstances, ability, and age. Open discussion between teacher and students helps to learn more. Open discussion allows everybody to know each other and to contribute to behavioral and cultural differences. It can increase issues and express their opinions and feelings. Learners may write about their opinions on which types of proper behavior are significant to them.

It may give the chances to the learners to assess every person’s preferences and provides a complete opinion to manage respect and courtesy level to develop the basic rules of learning appropriate for the team. As a teacher, I am the role model of my students. Teacher behavior reflects on his students. So a teacher should treat his students with dignity and respect, assure them to be indulgent, to provide equal courtesy to every learner to the specific groups should not be slighted, for example, religion or faith. In order to represent various ability, age, culture, gender, I use different presentations and handouts when planning for activities or lessons. I will also show the diversity and equality features. A teacher must know about the indirect and direct discrimination and how he will determine behavior that defines the classroom’s diversity and equality. A teacher may handle the stressed out and frustrated students tolerantly and manage himself quite during providing the training. A teacher will manage the students carefully if the students make language and cultural diversity between them. He will teach them equality values and also teach them about strong group making…………………
