Introduction
In the business case, organizational behavior refers to the study of employees and their needs and expectation to improve their performance along with the business performance. This paper makes a report on organizations’ behaviors focusing on two different organizations. One is the leading retail company called Morrison, and the other one the leader airline company called Emirate. First, this report discusses the organizational cutler and structure in terms of both Morison and Emirate. Then, this report discusses how management and leadership theory impact the business. Next, this report outlines how motivational theory can impact business success. Finally, this report outlines how to group/team behaviors and the impact of technologies in team development.

Organizational Structure
Organizational structure refers to the coordination, supervision, and distribution of takes in several roles, positions, and divisions to gain improve business performance. Key organizational structures are the tall structure, matrix structure, and flat structure (Miller, 2014).
Tall structure: this structure looks like a pyramid that focuses on a structure of several positions and groups and their roles, where the staffs are at the bottom and the senior managers are at the top (Miller, 2014).

Flat structure: in this structure, there are fewer levels or no levels between senior management and employees. Thus, employees have more opportunities to contribute to decision-making. Thus, decision-making is easy to process in this structure (Miller, 2014).

Matrix structure: Miller (2014) stated, a matrix organizational structure is a structure in that the organizational relationships are arranged as a matrix or as a grid.

Morrison holds a hierarchical organizational structure in the workplace. Morrison totally follows the hierarchical structure. In this structure, the top manager makes decisions as well as the base management filtrate down decisions. In this mode that here the managers have a confined length of monitoring (Morrison, 2015).
The matrix style structure is in Emirate Airlines. Organizational all chores are parted into compact chores. So, the employee can use more projects. This kind of organizational structure is a mixture of horizontal and vertical structures. On the other hand, the matrix-style formless positive situation of both types of organizational structures (Emirate Airlines, 2015).
