In terms of goals and objectives set, it is essential to have a specific time for achieving the goals and objectives of specific tasks. Thus, time should be managed effectively to achieve and set goals and objectives for specific tasks (Knapp and Zeratsky, 2016). However, setting goals and objectives for specific tasks in time is not an easy task. In terms of the delegation of responsibilities, the responsibilities must delegate to each interest of persons to complete tasks within the deadlines. Thus, an organization must delegate the responsibilities by depending on their knowledge.

If a person prioritizes his/her tasks properly, then he/she will easily complete the tasks on time.
According to Alexandar (2017) notes, time management depends on prioritizing tasks. However, most of the persons do not understand which task has more priority in the day and fails to complete the task on time and become disorganized about time management. In terms of spending the right time on the right activity, it is the most significant factor in a person’s life. A study by Schwartz (2017) disclosed that when a person does the right work at the right time, he/she gets success in present and future life. A person must practice this skill to do the right work at the right time because if a person does work at the wrong time, then he/she fails to manage time or spend time effectively on task. However, not every person has the same capability to manage the effective use of time for completing the right work at the right time.
