Royal Mail Group Ltd is one of the leading postal and courier firms in the UK. It has many supplementary such as Royal Mail, Post Office and Parcel-force all over the world. Different services such as postal mail services parcel delivery services and common logistics systems are provided via these subsidiaries. According to Royal Mail Group (2016), 113,000 post boxes and 14,300 post office branches are included with this firm all over the UK and it collects letters, parcels and packages direct from more than 87,000 businesses. 70 mail centers, 8 regional distribution centers and 3,000 delivery offices process these items. 30,000 vehicles and 33,000 bicycles are used to collect these items (Royal Mail, 2016).
