Introduction
Human Resource Management (HRM) in a business plays a significant function in present company expression. Mullins (2015) stated that, therefore, it has been an important factor for the company businesses to recognize diverse cases of Human Resource Management as well as their submission in the business actions.
This assignment concentrates on diverse features of Human Resource Management from the viewpoint of two company associations, called “British Airways” as well as “Taz Store“. The owner/director is the key leader of the Taz Store which gains business success. The key responsibilities of owner/manager in Taz Store are recruitment and selection of right people, making relationship and engaging the employees within the business, training and developing the staffs, motivating and retaining the staff for longer time periods, providing several reward and incentives schemes to improve staff motivation, retention, performance, and productivity.
