It offers a diverse range of products such as womenswear, menswear, homeware, kids’ clothing, newborn clothing, footwear, accessories, confectionery, and beauty products. It also contributes to the fast fashion trend along with H&M and Zara. Primark has lots of irresistible offers for the many shoppers at very lower prices, which motivate the buyers of volumes of clothing.
Primark has been growing up rapidly. Now it has extended its market in the global market including the US, Netherland, Portugal, Belgium, Germany, Spain, etc. The world’s biggest store of Primark is in Manchester, the UK with about 155,000 sq ft of retail spaces. In its current operations, Primark has more than 290 stores, where it gains about £550 million net profit in a year. It servers thousands of customers every day by its dedicated about 57 000 staff. The main competitors of Primark in the UK are Zara, Next, Uniqlo, etc (Primark Annual Report, 2015).
