1.0 Introduction

A project will be successful if the project plan is very effective. A business can start a new business in developing countries like Kennington and their business can have lots of opportunities. New entrepreneurship can have different new opportunities for a business in such developed countries such as Kennington (Shane and Venkatramn, 2014). This assignment describes an effective plan for the new business and to build a new business in Kennington. The first task of this assignment describes the company overview and where the new company should be established. Then, it describes company objectives and goals and the performance of the company.

The second task explains the new business’s goals and objectives and assesses the new business execution. The third task of this assignment describes the process of the project. The fourth task of this project explains human resources to maintain the business and to implement the personnel. The fifth task describes essential resources. The sixth task evaluates and makes budgets of the project. The seventh task of this assignment describes the work statement or breakdown of project purpose. Then, it explains major milestones and the schedule of the project. It provides a plan for risk management. Lastly, the assignment makes and designs a proposed project conclusion assessment.

2.0 Company overview

Café Rosh is situated at Watney Street, London. It runs a small business. Its main menu is meals, Panini and drinks. It provides its customers Espresso, Latte, Mocha, Cappuccino, herbal tea, English tea. Café Rosh is a small business. The business mainly runs its business in the UK. But now it wants to establish its business in Kennington. It also wants to sell its products and spread its products to the Kennington. It mainly sells different tastes and kinds of coffee and breakfast items. Though it is a small shop, it sells and produces its products in the UK and its different cities and locations. Café Rosh’s target customers are mainly all aged people including children, women, and men in the UK. Now the business target is to increase its business in different countries.

3.0 Goals and objectives

  3.1 Business goals and objectives

Café Rosh’s main aim is to increase its business in Kennington city and want to make more profit from the business. The business mission of Café Rosh is- it wants to be a welcoming and comforting coffee shop in every community of London. It never wants to feel its guests less than special. It wants to serve better coffee in the world (Café Rosh, 2016). There are several numbers of matrixes of the new business in Kennington. These are 1. Lifetime value, 2. Customer retention, 3. Revenue and profit margin, 4. Product metabolism, 5. Costs of customers, 6. Attrition.

Cafe Rosh’s new business’s other aim is to finish the project within two years to implement the business and the total budget of the project is £427,000.00. The major purposes of new business projects are……………
