Question1: What are the core principles of a project and why are they important?
Every project is unique and takes place in its own specific context. It can connect the people who may never have worked together and assigns new roles to them. There are definite start time and finish time for every project to reach the goal as well as to fulfill the objectives (Buehring, 2010). Each project produces a definite outcome that describes the key role of that project Epstein (2015).
There is a need for deep understanding to make better projects for better outcomes. Everybody, who works for the project, needs to understand the nature of one’s responsibility. Each project should lead to a worthwhile return on investment (Badiru, 2012). It is very important to accomplish the short term and long term goals of the project. Each project should be managed properly in order to accomplish the goals and objectives in the stipulated time with quality and cost control (Richman, 2002).
Question 2: What would you have included in the scope statement for a project?
A scope statement for a project plays a vital role to make understand the key purpose of the project. The scope statement of any project explains about the perceptible standard of the project to accomplish success and includes at least cost, schedule, and quality measures (Heldman et al., 2007). The scope statement of any profit-making project needs to be understood clearly in short.
