Every business organization faces some normal and complex problems in their daily activities operations. McDonald plc is the world’s largest famous business company which leads their business in several countries in the world. That’s why they face several problems in their deals with customers, staff and suppliers. Problem-solving is very necessary dusty for companies to promote their business and contribute to the development of their business reputation.
The conflict between employees and employers is a common problem in every business company. The managerial body of an organization has to have the power of solving instant problems appeared to them. The manager should take decisions promptly for instant solutions to the problems. For the managers should cherish the power of making decision instantly occurred in their business.

At the end of the fiscal year 2016, the statistics show that McDonald’s restaurants are run in more than 120 countries all over the world and they founded 37000 outlets in several countries over the world, (McDonald’s Plc, 2018). McDonald’s is very caring about the quality maintenance of the company. They ensure the customers with the best services and provide supreme support when needed. The company has licensed 22000 franchises to the conventional franchisees. They offer various types of foods like cheeseburgers, chicken items, breakfast items, soft drinks, and milkshakes etc.

What is problem
A problem can be simply defined as a matter or situation regarded as unwelcome or harmful and needing to be dealt with and overcome. According to the business dictionary, a problem is referred to as a perceived gap between the existing state of activity and the desired state of the activity. In other term, the problem has defined the deviation from the right path, norms, standard or status quo.
Problem-solving techniques
There are several techniques for solving unexpected incidents in the operations of the managers and the employees in an organization. The fishbone diagram also called as Ishikawa diagram is a problem-solving technique. Dr. Kaoru Ishikawa, a Japanese Quality expert is considered as the inventor of this technique which helps the employees to avoid some solutions that ultimately create another bigger problem. This is called a complex problem with respect to the business organization. According to Margaret Rouse, (2015), a fishbone diagram is essential in brainstorming sessions to focus the conversation. This diagram is compared with the bones or skeleton of a fish. Fishbone diagrams are typically worked right to left, with each large “bone” of the fish branching out to include smaller bones containing more detail.
