Organizational behavior is the research of staffs’ behavior in an organization. Organizational behavior focuses on the employee’s working performance and their activities in an organization. There are two theories of organizational behavior that can be observed in an organization. These theories are the internal perspective and an external perspective. Organizational behavior is also research on the way people communicate with different groups (Mullins, 2015).
The paper is divided into four main tasks. Firstly, this task explains the contrast and comparison of organizational culture and structure. It also describes the organizational culture and structure of Samsung and Microsoft. It concentrates on the influence of organizational culture and the structure of Samsung and Microsoft company’s businesses. It also explains the issues which mark a person’s performance at the place of work of Microsoft. Secondly, this task explains the contrast of several leadership techniques in several companies. It also describes how an organizational system supports the practice of the organization.

Horizontal or flat structure:
According to Mullins (2015), in the flat organizational structure, compact companies receive this structure. The start-up in its untimely phase. It is not possible to use this structure in the biggest organizations with several staff and projects. The most significant thing about flat structure is many levels are dispelled.
