Several learning styles developed over time by different experts. The widely recognized learning models have been developed by Kolb’s and Honey and Mumford. These models of learning styles are explained as follows:

Diverging learning style: Diverging learning styles emphasize learning styles. They do not work directly. They see and see first. They are skilled at such expertise and creative work and work well.
Assimilating learning style: in this style, the learners think and watch. This means the learners do a brainstorm and tries to develop new ideas through research and investigation.

The four kinds of learning styles are described in Honey and Mumford’s description. These areas followings:
Activists learning style: Employees are challenged and require selected employed in new jobs, do not want to obstruct and express when a job has been finished.
Reflectors learning style: in this learning style, the learners focus on data collection from both primary and secondary data sources. After that, they evaluate these data from several sources and make a decision.
Theorist learning style: in this learning style the learners first collect data and analyze data. Then, based on finding the learners try to develop theories and models on the learning. Logical derivatives are the most suitable way to solve problems.
Pragmatics learning style: Pragmatics is accomplished by researching new theories and notions which aren’t present in any real world. They observe and face various problems and have to be overcome these……………..
