1.1 Introduction to provide an overview of different types and purposes of organizations
There are three types of organizations in the business market. These are public organizations, private organizations, and charity organizations. According to mark (2018), a private organization is run by individuals. These organizations are guided by profit. This profit is only favorable for the private company’s owner, shareholders, and investors. These organizations’ goals are to make more profit and work more employees. This business is completely dependent on one individual. These organizations have been created for one enterprise. Private organizations have their freedom and they are independent for any kind of work. If they suffer from any kind of losses, they also have to pay them by their own self. An example of a private organization is SKINNYDIP Company. On the other hand, public organizations define as legal frameworks which are owned and handled by a government (Mark, 2018).
They also provide services for their citizens. Public organizations have formed their business for providing services for the public rather than making a profit. They are controlled and ruled on trade by the government. They have a number of employees and workers under their business and this business owns many owners. If they suffer any liabilities, they have to pay for these liabilities together. An example of a public organization is TESCO. Moreover, the charity organization is known as a non-profit organization. Their main goals are not for profit (Kite, 2018). They contribute their services to the charity. Education, treatments, religion, etc are the main services of these organizations. An example of this organization is Oxfam.
1.2 Growth of the international business environment
Tylor, (2018) stated that the international environment refers to that in business, all the environment like risks, issues, laws, taxes, etc. besides, the international environment forms by the economic, technological, cultural, etc environment. That means the international environment is covered by many macroeconomic factors. Almost every organization wants to join the international business because they want to increase their competition domestically, also it can be very beneficial for those organizations that compete internationally. International business is influenced by cultural problems, social problems, and economic situations, political and legal problems, the organizations who want to take part in the global market suffer these problems. The beneficial environment of the global market creates an advantage for international business organizations.
On the other hand, the detrimental environment of the global market creates disadvantages for international business organizations (Kimmel, 2017). Because of globalization, the international business environment has many advantages and a large number of growths. Kylie (2019) stated that for changing many sectors like technological, political, economical, and other factors, international business has been growing. In addition, the international business is growing very fast for many other reasons like minor profitability in the small and civil markets, advantages in the international market, small expense labor, advanced technology and consumer pressure, large demands, low trade barriers simple communications system, etc
