PERSONAL PROFILE
I am a responsible and caring individual and have wider experiences, mainly in the security industry. I have been working as a licensed security guard for more than 11 years that has extended my knowledge and understanding in this field. I have developed great attention to detail and the ability to concentrate. I have good communication skills. I am self-motivated, well-organized, hard-working, flexible, reliable, and committed to success.

KEY SKILLS
Communication: I have excellent communication skills. I have gained these skills through my previous employment experiences, and educational backgrounds.
Problem-solving: I am confident to sort out the problems that are given in my workplace. Most importantly, I can easily deal with any problems in the security field. This is because I have experience for over 11 years in this field.
Decision making: I worked in the absence of my manager in my previous workplace and had to make many decision myself that has made me confident in decision making. I have the ability to handle situations and make quick decisions on my feet.
Time management skills: I can manage my time. I am always punctual. Thus, I always reach my workplace on time and finish my duty on time. In addition, all of my academic reports and assignments have taught me how to manage time. In a word, I am a highly organized individual with good time management skills.

Teamwork: I enjoy working with the team. I have developed knowledge on team working from my “Project Management” coursework at my university. In addition, I worked in previous workplaces with several teams.
Presentation: My presentation skills gained from my university as part of coursework and previous workplaces have made me confident to present any issues or documents to my line managers, colleagues, and even in public places.
Flexibility: I am fully flexible in my workplace. Therefore, my previous employers and line managers gave me lots of opportunities for working in different shifts and locations.
INTERESTS
In my leisure time, I like watching football, reading the newspaper, and listening to music. I also enjoy going on holiday long-distance, for instance in Asia and the Middle East.

Reflective Review
I have developed my skills, knowledge, and experiences mainly in two ways. The first way is my education and qualification. The second way is my previous employments.
My academic background and education and qualification have extended my knowledge and understanding in different ways. Most importantly, my current course “Certificate of Higher Education in Skills for the Workplace” at the University of Wales has developed my skills, knowledge, and experiences a lot. This course has included several modules including Problem Solving, Employability, Researching and Analysing, Communication Skills, Working in Teams, Smart Technology, Personal Development for Employment, Project Planning. These modules have included exams, coursework, assignments which have extended my knowledge and understanding a lot. The module “Problem Solving” module has taught me stages of understanding and solving problems, and critical thinking. In addition, this module has developed my communication skills, numerical knowledge and skills for creating effectiveness at the workplace, knowledge on ICT and professionalism, and team working and team building. Then, the module “Employability” has developed my knowledge on how to write a standard CV for employment and how to write a reflective essay…………….
