Chapter 1: Introduction
1.0 Introduction
A case study refers to an in-depth study on a specific situation rather an than a statistical research study. This is one of the effective research methods of narrowing down a big research field into a smaller researchable topic. This study provides very specific indications elaborating and creating hypotheses on the topic and subject matters (Sunders et al., 2014). The case study research method is also important for testing several scientific theories as well as models in the real world. It can be an effective and valid method for social scientists, anthropologists and psychologists. This kind of study is based on more opinion than statistical research, where the usual concept is to develop and collect data into a manageable form and narrating the data in a constructive form (Tracim, 2013).
