Executive Summary
The main topic of the study is identifying the process by which the communication problems of staff can be solved in Sports Love. Sports Love is one of the largest sports & leisure centers in London. From the study, Sports Love’s HR director can be known as the process and principles to remove the problems of communication. The HR director should arrange meetings, training & development activities, motivational speech to the staff, do work with collaboration, proper solution of staff’s problem as well as make a positive working environment in the business organization. She should consider some principles like teamwork, communication in a better way, the easy channel of communication as well as productivity. Lastly, the study also identifies the factors by which staff is improving their speaking & listening as well as written & oral communication skills.
Introduction
The main topic of the study is identifying the process by which the communication problems of staff can be solved in Sports Love. Sports Love is the largest sports & leisure center in London. She understood the bad effect of poor communication on business performance. The customers’ satisfaction is also negatively affected by poor communication. Sports love has 24 hours working day that has 3 shifts. The communication language among staff is English. Firstly, this assignment discusses and evaluates the principles and purposes for improving communication strategy. Secondly, this assignment finds the characteristics by which staff can be a good listener as well as a speaker. Thirdly, this assignment includes the self-evaluation on the basis of strengths and weaknesses.

Principles
Better communication: Mullins (2012) stated that the HR director should consider the better communication principle for ensuring effective and better communication between the staff of the business. The presence of a sufficient network and the efficiency of managers are the key factors for ensuring better communication. Therefore, these factors should be considered.
Building team rapport: This principle indicates that the creation of good relations and good understanding among staff. For this reason; the HR director should concentrate on this factor to build up better communication of Sports love staff (Mullins, 2012).
Be ethical: Ethics indicates the accuracy and morality of information. In the communication process, ethical factors play an important role to make communication effective. For this reason; the HR director should ensure the accuracy and adequacy of information to make the communication effective (Mullins, 2012).
Clear and concise: it indicates that the communication language and process should clear and concise that easily understandable and make the communication effective. Difficult use of language and verbose speech may lead to communication ineffective. HR director should motivate the staff to apply easy and concise language to the customers as well as colleagues (Torrington et al., 2013).
Better productivity: Better productivity indicates the output of the workers with better quality. This principle plays an important role in the development of effective communication among the workers in the workplace.
