In the health care sector, when two firms are working together for their own benefits as well as the social benefits, it is termed as partnership healthcare according to Hunter (2016), partnership in the health care sector helps to provide quality health services to the patients and build up a strong friendly relationship with the patients. Good partnership is the key factor for maintaining efficiency in social care sectors. Partnership plays an important role in the development of health and social care sectors in an efficient way.
1.1 Explain the philosophy of working in partnership in health and social care
Lymbery (2016) said that the term working partnership is defined as the process of working together and exchanging experiences for getting mutual benefits from the ultimate functions.
