Introduction
Different activities that develop the awareness to recognize the talents and create human capital to enable employability for developing life quality and contribute to the realization of the dream is covered by personal development. This paper describes different possible ways of developing individuals, teams, and organizations. In the first task appropriate and professional knowledge, skills that are needed by the HR professional are discussed. Personal SWOT analysis, Professional development plans for HR professionals, and professional skill audits and their importance on demonstrating the evidence of personal reflections are discussed. In the second task, the analysis of CPD and CPD’s framework and practice of CPD in Tesco are described. Also, HPW and the contribution of HPW to employee engagement and the practice of HPW in Tesco are analyzed. Different learning cycle theories and the applied learning cycle theory in Tesco are discussed in this section. Besides, these different approaches to HPW and the recommendation for improvement are also discussed in this part.

According to Jeremy (2018), any good HR professional wants to be better than before. It starts with a want of development that follows a perfect idea of the need to develop. HR functionality is more important than ever as business leaders and organizations emphasize the significance of personal power (talent), organization power (culture), and leadership as the key to their success. The knowledge, skills, and behavior required for HR professionals are defined as follows:
Decisive thinker: HR professional should be able to rapidly analyze data and make strong decisions
Skilled influencer: Able to achieve assurance from different accommodations for advancing the company.
Collaborative: Collaborative means being capable to operate better inside as well as outside of the business organization.
Driven to deliver: HR professionals should emphasize providing the best possible results for the company.
Courage to challenge: Able to show courage and willingness to face challenges.
