Task 1.1 Compare the different types of document that could be used to present business information
The document is referred to as a written scripture that contains any kinds of information, data, statistics, reports, surveys, accounts, laws and legislation, and any sorts of thoughts and views social laws, religious rules. There are many kinds of documents that exist along with their usage and purposes. This is very seen from a business perspective maintaining business data or accounts all over the world. Printed Document
Agenda
Agenda means things to be done. It is usually sent along with the notice of the meeting. It is a list of the topics to be discussed in a meeting. Sometimes the agenda is prepared after the circulation of the notice in order to include the member’s opinion. If the subject matter of the meeting in secret, the agenda may not be circulated. So, the agenda is items or issues prepared by the secretary and which are to be discussed or transacted in a forthcoming mitten.
