Introduction

An organization can reach its desired position by facilitating change in its current position. Change in the health and care sector is very useful due to it is through complying with different kinds of attempts that are so much useful and customers of the organization can get their desire services by these. The main key factors are political, social, economical, legal, environmental factors. This paper also discusses the recent changes and its overall impacts on the LAD organization and also discusses the principles of change management. LAD is an organization of the health and social care services to retain their existence this knowledge is most needed and very important.

2.1 Devise a strategy and criteria for measuring recent changes in health and social care

Some strategies and criteria have been devised and described below:

Cost-benefit analysis:  It is the first criteria for measuring recent changes in Health and social care service as well as LAD. These criteria related to the cost analysis and the benefits of this spending cost. It also analyzes the effectiveness of the change which is made by LAD.

Organizational systems of quality assurance: According to Chron (2017), keeping the high quality of health care by regular measuring the usefulness of the organizations that provide it is known as quality assurance. In the case, scenario LAD tries to keep the provided quality of services the same in the new accommodation where the residents are moved to.

Feedback and comments from users of health and social care: Users’ feedbacks and comments are one of the most important criteria for measuring the changes in organizations. According to the case scenario, few staffs are pleased with the thought of supported living but the rest of them worried about people for whom they think they are abandoned. Some residents want to be in supported living where they think they will have a free lifestyle but on the other hand, the rests of them are scared about supported living as they feel safe in residential homes.

Survey and Interviews: It is another important criterion to measure the recent changes in LAD. LAD can evaluate the changes by conducting the survey and interviews with staff and the users. LAD can assess the effectiveness and the efficiency of the change, evaluate the users as well as staffs satisfaction about the changes and also assess the condition of the new environment of changing situations……………
