Introduction

It is essential for the business to have skilled and experienced employees to deal with business challenges and improve business performance. In addition, every single job has particular roles and responsibilities which need different types of employability skills and experiences (Berghman and Vloeberghs, 2003). This assignment focuses on different issues related to employability skills in the health and social care sector. This paper is divided into four main parts. In the first task, a set of own responsibilities, as well as performance objectives, are developed.
