Managing Human Resources (MHR) is the main factor to achieve company goals as well as objects. Therefore, it is significant for the associations to plan the works, guide or expand the employees, assign duties for persons, or expand information or accepting of the labor forces. Mullins (2014) stated that, if associations can describe these issues efficiently as well as effectively, these will develop employee inspiration, act, or efficiency of the employees in conjunction with the superiority or reliability. This report is grouped into four main tasks. Firstly, this report describes Guest’s model of human resource management, distinctions of Story’s definition of human resource management, IR, PM (personal management). After that, this report describes the flexible functioning performance as well as its result in the place of work. Then, this report describes factors connected to unfairness, equal opportunity, or variety. Lastly, this report describes the act organization, staff wellbeing, as well as health or security rules.
1.1 Explain Guest’s model of HRM in the business perspective of Primark

- Flexibility: organizations are responsible to ensure a flexible and adaptable organizational structure and allocate the business functions flexibly. Primark has developed a hierarchical business structure and along with tasks and role culture, which have created flexibility in the workplaces and the employees have been adapted to the structure and culture of the business (Primark Annual Report, 2015).
