This paper aims to analyze the resources of Blue Inc. Blue Inc uses a number of steps in recruiting new staff that are job advertisings, job descriptions, job specifications, and application form. It looks for both employability skills and personal skills from new candidates/staff. The key skills it looks for are previous experiences, education qualification, communication skills, flexibility, teamwork skills, and product knowledge. The key physical resources of Blue Inc are building and properties, machinery, and people. The key technological resources of Blue Inc are information, intellectual properties, software license, and its information system. As internal sources of finance, it can use retained earnings and working capital. As an external source of finance, it can use bank loans, overdrafts, share capital, additional partners, and venture capital. As the gross and net profit of Blue Inc is good, it can be considered that Blue Inc is working well with improved performance. However, as the ROCE is poor, it would be advisable for the management of the business to develop more effective strategies.
