Nowadays, Diabetes is a dangerous disease. Diabetes affected person does get fully cure of these diseases. Information related to diabetes can be presented to the public domain in many ways. However; to present information relating to health and social has to be wise and conscious. Information relating to health and social care is significant in society. Because wrong and inappropriate ways of presenting information can are dangerous for the public in society. The right way of presenting information is momentous for the reason that it directly affects the public domain in society (Adshead and Brown, 2003).  Now, as time passes and technological changes, these are the major challenges for health and social care to disseminate information related to diabetes. The government of the United Kingdom has a significant role to help the community in contemporary health and social care issues. Some of the contemporary issues are demonstrated below:

Financial immobility concerned: Financing is one of the most important factors in the health and social care organization. A lot amount of money is required to buy new instruments to match modern technology. But, in recent years, financial stability concerned the health and social care authority. As hospitals consider a non-profitable organization it’s obvious that people will think they need to be concerned about money.

Increasing Outcome: Health and social care have to focus on the outcome of the organization. The organization has to give its best effort to get the best outcome. Otherwise, the health and social care will not match with competitive advancement.

Increasing the cost of health and social care: As technological changes and expansion, the cost of health and social care has been increased in a large amount. The health and social care authority have to focus on this sector to control the cost of health and social care. Otherwise, the organization will not able to earn a profit.

Disseminating information through these techniques depends on different factors such as cost, organization, the significance of the information.  The health and social care organization can choose anyone which is preferable for them.
