Introduction
Health and social care play a significant role in our society to provide medical care services to sick people. To disseminate information related to contemporary health and social care, the media plays a significant role to present information. Here, we have selected Diabetes to conduct this report. Most of the time, the significance of the information to the public depends on how the media present the news to the public (Ogden, 2012). The media has a positive and negative impact on the presentation of information relating to health and social care. However, in this report, there will be discussed how information system relating to health and social care gives rise to issues of concern to the public, how issues of public concern related to health and social care are presented in the media and Understanding the likely influence contemporary perspective on health and social care issues have on the development of services.

Nowadays, Diabetes is a dangerous disease. Diabetes affected person does get fully cure of these diseases. Information related to diabetes can be presented to the public domain in many ways. However; to present information relating to health and social has to be wise and conscious. Information relating to health and social care is significant in society. Because wrong and inappropriate ways of presenting information can are dangerous for the public in society. The right way of presenting information is momentous for the reason that it directly affects the public domain in society (Adshead and Brown, 2003). Â Now, as time passes and technological changes, these are the major challenges for health and social care to disseminate information related to diabetes. The government of the United Kingdom has a significant role to help the community in contemporary health and social care issues. Some of the contemporary issues are demonstrated below:
Financial immobility concerned: Financing is one of the most important factors in the health and social care organization. A lot amount of money is required to buy new instruments to match modern technology. But, in recent years, financial stability concerned the health and social care authority. As hospitals consider a non-profitable organization it’s obvious that people will think they need to be concerned about money.
Increasing Outcome: Health and social care have to focus on the outcome of the organization. The organization has to give its best effort to get the best outcome. Otherwise, the health and social care will not match with competitive advancement.
Increasing the cost of health and social care: As technological changes and expansion, the cost of health and social care has been increased in a large amount. The health and social care authority have to focus on this sector to control the cost of health and social care. Otherwise, the organization will not able to earn a profit.
1.2 Analyzing different techniques for disseminating information relating to health and social care
Disseminating information refers to the spread of information relating to health and social care to the people in society. To disseminate information related to diabetes properly, the sources of information are significant. If there are not enough reliable information sources, the dissemination of the information will not be appropriate. The sources from which we can get information are:

After collecting information from those reliable, the information can be disseminated to the people in a number of ways such as television advertisement, warning video through the small Television program, radio broadcast, news-wise, putting banners on public place arranging a seminar on public heal and social care (Adshead and Brown, 2003). Disseminating information through these techniques depends on different factors such as cost, organization, the significance of the information. The health and social care organization can choose anyone which is preferable for them. Now, at this time, the Internet has revolutionized the world. Health and social care can disseminate information related to diabetes by providing small video advertisements to the social network via the internet to increase people’s consciousness about the symptoms of diabetes. And small videos can also be provided through Television advertisements to increase consciousness to the people………………
