Introduction
The operation of organization needs proper planning and support of the management in understanding requires great skill and patience for the development of the organization into the required objective. Smooth understanding of the situation and resulting in the fact of Lies Proper Innovation and technique that helps in achieving success in an organization. Organizational managers and owners needs to keep an eye on the objectives that drive the factors of improving the chances of an organization. In the assignment, there is a clear understanding of the type of Business and the type of liabilities and the Debts that the management group and the owners of the contrasting organization deal in.
The assignment has also discussed the different types of stakeholders and the business of the organizational structure. The style of the organization is also clearly described in the assignment with the influence of the environment over the business activities. There is a proper description of the effect of social legal and political factors upon the business activities provided by the two contrasting organizations.

P1: Describing the type of businesses
The organization selected in the assignment is Tesco and another one is a non-profit organization working for the rights of the children in the society of the UK named Action on right for the children. The values and the activities of the organization are both different and are different in terms of earning profit and providing services. The values of Tesco and that the values of the non-profit organization are clearly different from that of the other operation. The use of Tesco is in terms of earning of profit and providing services to the society of UK Becker, (2017). Tesco is a grocery retail stop MC in providing goods to the customers of the organization and the society with the viewpoint of earning profit and continuous operation.
The service of the non-profit organization is on the basis of providing services to the society in terms of Children of UK in the proper respect of providing rights and opportunities. In terms of the observation of the organization, it is clear that the business is a type of non-profit organization where the organization members do not aim for profit whether the aim for the clear satisfaction of the society in terms of making the people of the society clear about rights and responsibilities (Cai and Yang, 2014)
Business purpose and ownership of Tesco:
The purpose of Tesco is to supply a wide range of goods which it sells, both in-store and online. It also offers financial services such as its own credit card, personal loans, and various types of insurance, in addition to providing a home delivery service to its online shoppers. They want to maximize sales and by doing so increase their profits. If Tesco to maximize their sales the second half of the aim (increase their profits) will happen on its own. Â Tesco may try to maximize their sales by cutting prices, more in-store deals, expand existing stores sell more stock can be held, and build new stores to attract more customers.
Tesco is a British based Public limited company. It is an international grocery and general merchandising retail chain. It is the biggest retailer in Britain by global sales and domestic market share. Tesco is a Public Limited Company because the company floated its shares in the market. That way, it was able to raise money for its expansion. Tesco has expanded in numerous ways over the past years. It has diversified into clothing, consumer electronics, consumer financial services, retailing and renting DVDs, music downloads, internet services, consumer telecom, software’s, consumer health insurance, etc. Such a wide expansion could not have been possible if it was an enterprise or a privately held company. This diversification has only been possible with the help of public money.
Business purpose and ownership of Action on right for the children:
The purpose of ARC is to increase the capacity of UNHCR, government, and implementing partners’ staff to protect and care for children in emergency situations. The Arc of the United States is an organization serving people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The organization was founded in the 1950s by parents of people with developmental disabilities.
P2: Describing different stakeholders
The stakeholders are the people in the society who derived benefits from the organization in terms of their needs and satisfaction level. The stakeholders play an important role in the operation along with the development of the organization. Tesco in terms of managing the stakeholders has been in top-notch and has been able to satisfy that group of people to make their organization grow in a successful and delicate manner. The stakeholders of the organization determined to be the government. The government is a stakeholder because satisfaction is the benefit of service and sales tax as a source of revenue from the organization. The customers of the society are also the stakeholders as they are a welder with all the kind of grocery products and other important items that are required in daily household objects (Beláset al.2015).
In terms of the Non-profit organization, the stakeholders Include being the children of the society and the teenagers of the country along with their parents and the government authority of the society (Georgescu and Popescul, 2015).
Stakeholders of Tesco:
Customers: These are the people who buy products from Tesco shops to save the lives of needy people. Customers want reliable products and at low prices from Tesco.
Employees include directors, owners, managers.
Directors: Tesco have a direct financial ‘stake’ in the business because they have taken a risk by investing in the business
Managers: They are responsible for obtaining goals creating an atmosphere of work among workers of Tesco, each manager has handled accounting, law marketing, sales production
Suppliers: they supply products to Tesco at the commercial level. They supply goods to different branches. They always are in touch with Tesco to supply products.
Owners: they are the business, assets holder, and pay the workers-pressure groups not put up candidates for election, but seeks to influence government policy rules.
Stakeholders of ARC:
Volunteers: they are the workers who help in building ARC’s strength. Volunteering is a personal choice, not a compulsory job. Express values in an activity that are meaningful and cooperate for helping in protect and care for children in emergency situations.
