Effective communication depends on the perspectives, attention and interest of both the speakers and listeners. In the business field, a proper communication system plays the most important tool to make the company successful (Pearson, 2019). Some theories involved with describing the communications’ methods and process and their important areas:
The cognitive theory generally consists of the knowledge of the persons. The knowledge and information of a particular matter can deal with the theory (Babbit, 2018). The theory of planned behavior and the health belief model are two vital elements in this theory.
Theory of Planned Behavior: Three vital features of the theory of planned behavior are intention, subjective norms and attitudes.
Health Belief Model: This health belief model is quite different from the planned behavior theory (Babbit, 2018). Several psychological models are the main foundation of this theory that use for foreseeing the behavior.
Psychoanalytic theory can be considered as the individuality theory that is based on reasons and mindful and can able to make a person motivated and inspired (Morisson, 2017). Some key components of this theory are Id, Ego and Superego which are considered as human nature and behavior.
Step-stage Theory: The Step-stage theory is the knowledge-based theory where gaining knowledge and information helps to develop humans’ behaviors. This theory mainly centers on the buildup of the children’s behavior and helps to realize the continuous process.

The relationship between the people and their society is discussed on the Socio-Psychological theory. Social factors such as family, religions, cultures, class, group and psychological factors like feelings, believe and so are focused on this theory (Butler, 2019). One-to-one communication: One-to-one communication is generally held between two people and no one can participate in this conservation (Clayton, 2019). This kind of communication may be faced during giving an interview with one person that made the client feel better.
Group communication: Group communication is a popular type of communication but it has both good and bad impacts. There are two types of people, one kind is extroverts they usually like to talks and another is introvert, they don’t want to talk too much or publically (Clayton, 2019). So in group communication, it is required a select a leader whose job is to inspire every member in the group to talk equally and freely.
Formal and informal communication: The all over the communication can be divided into formal and informal communication. For instance, formal communication is used during office meetings, proficient individuals like health and social care communicate with others about their activities and services (Hoffman, 2019). On the other way, informal communication is used to know about the normal activities of the individuals’ life like hello, how do you do? And so on.
