The main factor for a company such as Nestle is to evaluate or analyze its environment of business to achieve the achievement of an organization. The environment of business is divided into two parts. These are micro-environment as well as macro-environment. The environment of macro business contains different outdoor factors for example environmental, political, social, economic, technological, and legal issues. The environment of the micro-business contains different inner factors of a company. This note researches different factors of the environment of a specific company called Nestle. A well-known food organization is Nestle. On the other hand, it has been challenging lots of difficulties such as bad presentation in its present environment of business as well as the market.
