Introduction

This assignment is established on the ideas, laws, procedures as well as performances connected to the health and social care industry. This assignment includes four individuals tasks.  Task one is established on a case study focusing on individual health and well-being. This section defines several legislation and skills standards influencing the organizational policies and practices. Task two is established on an individual who is suffering tough mental health assessment. This section also deliberates on the significance as well as the parts effective the self-cure in this task scheme. In addition, this section evaluates the dangers elaborated in self-cure as well as in what way they could be got over. Task three is established on the occurrence examination of an individual who is at risk of harm.

This section deliberates on his digestive requirements. Additionally, this section analyzes the danger evaluation management as well as regulations referring to the industry that has to be pursued in this affair scheme. He will appreciate his actions as well as keeps active. The key ways of achieving this goal are: arranging plans as well as affairs; b) improving plays that are imaginative. The Mental Capacity Act 2005This act mainly protects the disabled and/or vulnerable people who do not have the ability to make their own decisions. Five key principles need to be followed under this act. First, the presumption of the capacity of an individual in making decisions. Secondly, an individual has the right to make his/her own decision. Third, individuals who are not able to make decisions need to be given appropriate help. Forth, an individual has the right to protect from any kind of unwise and/or eccentric decisions. Fifth, all the help must be in the best interest of individual who has less capacity for decision making and must give fundamental rights and freedoms.Organizations must standard policies and practices for their staff so that they are bound to maintain all the principles of the legislation and sector skills standards, which might need extra effort and investment by the organizations. On the other hand, if the organizations fail to maintain the legislation and its standards, they may be faced actions from the local government and concerned authorities that may impact organizations’ performance and activities.The goal is to remain him aside from his belongings which creates tension. This will comfort in remaining him in management as well as not injuring himself. The way of gaining this is a) remaining his atmosphere secure as well as safe, and b) asking him enclosed by a person who does not love him. Assistants, physicians or analysts are responsible to gain this following a couple of months.

 

The Data Protection Act 1998The health service sector needs to make sure that all of the information of individuals must be dealt with data protection principles using the data lawfully and fairly. The data must be protect5ed against any kind of miss usages or unauthorized and/or unlawful access, destruction of data, damage and losses.Organizations must standard policies and practices for their staff so that they are bound to maintain all the principles of the legislation and sector skills standards, which might need extra effort and investment by the organizations. This will support him in keeping satisfied and saving his personal data. This can be achieved by following the principles of the act strictly and accurately. The responsible personas are assistants, doctors, nurses, physicians and health advisors.
The Safety Act 1974Health and social care sector must ensure of practicable and working methods with a safe and secured environment, premises and equipment.Organizations must develop policies on introducing and providing effective training, supervision and information which make sure of health and safety for both staff and patients. Developing effective policies organizations must take care of the health and well-being of every individual including patients and employees.The goal is remaining him active in communications with another. This will support him improve his abilities in interactions as well as communications. The way of gaining this is a) arranging. team analysis; and b) discussions, conference as well as deafened adjusted works. The responsible persons are assistants, physicians or analysts taking a month of time.

 

1.2.  How communication contribute to promoting user rights in the health and social care sector

Interaction hits the main act in health as well as social care. It has to be fair, pithy as well as translucent between the clinic group, employee, duty customers as well as their people.
