Introduction
Organizational behavior can be described as the lesson of the team as well as individual execution and work with an organization. Interior and exterior aspects are two principles of the company’s organizational behavior view. Normally this lesson is used in an effort to build more proficient pursuit associations.
This report emphasizes four main tasks. The first task describes the difference between the organizational structure and the culture of Apple and HP. Further, it emphasizes the connection between Apple’s structure and cultural influence. Again it informs on the factors that impact the separate attitude in Apple. The next task focuses on the difference between various command forms in various companies. Further, it informs on the various legislation exercises in both associations and discusses the principles carefully that involved with their legislation methods. Again it describes the various legislator forms applied in various companies. The third task describes various command forms that may have on inspiration in associations in times of alternative. Further, it emphasizes the difference between various inspirational principles in the job space. The last task describes the features of teams and team attitude with Apple. Further, it informs on the influence of the technology of the team operating with Apple.

Organizational structure
Organizational structure mentions the common process of task and introducing connection which monitors coordinates, and coaxes workers wherein they do the work simultaneously to achieve associational goals (Huczynski and Buchanan, 2015). The main three organizational structures are matrix, hierarchical, and flat.

Hierarchical/tall structure
For the hierarchical organization structure, workers are batched along each worker have an obvious officer. This formation emerges on some factors for example activities, geography, commodity, and many more. This is the prevalent pattern with big associations such as Incorporation, Governments, and embodied faiths are hierarchical associations along with various steps of legislation, ability, or dominance according to Creately (2015).

Matrix
For the matrix organizational structure, the describing connections are established as a grating, or matrix, rather than in the consecutive hierarchy. Horizontal/flat
