Introduction

Organizational behavior (OB) is the learning of the method of public cooperation in teams. External, as well as internal viewpoints, are two hypotheses of how organizational behavior can be analyzed by corporations. Organizational behavior is the learning of a team or person act as well as action in an association. Usually, this learning is used in an effort to make extra proficient company associations.

This assignment is grouped into four main parts. The first part describes the contrast between the organizational culture and the structure of Microsoft and IBM. It also concentrates on the connection between Microsoft’s cultural and structural forces. Moreover, it notes on the issues that control the person’s performance in Microsoft. The second part highlights the contrast of diverse management methods in different corporations. In addition, it notes the number of administrations performs in the two associations and describes the hypothesis underpins that connects to their administrative actions.

It also describes the numerous administration methods applied in a diverse number of corporations. The third part describes a number of management methods that may have on inspiration in associations in times of modify. It also concentrates on the contrast of numerous inspirational hypotheses in the place of work. The last part describes the distinctiveness of teams and team performance in Microsoft. It also notes the force of equipment of group operation in Microsoft.

1.1  Compare and contrast organizational structure and culture

Organizational structure

As Huczynski and Buchanan (2014) note, organizational structure submits to the conservative scheme of job or updating relations which manages, organizes as well as influences staff in order that they perform the work jointly to achieve organization objects. There are the main organizational structures. These are flat, hierarchical, and matrix.

Horizontal/flat

This type of structure is generally accepted by little organizations or start-ups at their untimely level. It’s approximately not possible to apply this mold in bigger organizations with lots of schemes or staff. Huczynski and Buchanan (2014) stated that the most significant thing about this structure is that lots of stages of focus organization are reducing. This allows staff to create choices rapidly and separately.

Hierarchical/tall structure (Huczynski and Buchanan2014)

In a tall association structure, the staff is teamed with each staff containing one clear manager. This structure is dependent on a small number of issues for example roles, characteristics, production, and so on. This is the main mold of big companies.
