At this age of globalization, technology has a great impact on the highly competitive business environment. For a better organizational structure to gain more profit, there is a high demand for booming technological innovations. To gain the information externally and internally is very important for any organization in order to get the highest profit. Balanced coordination and open communication channels play significant roles to accelerate efficiency (Lin, 2017). As a result, the use of information and communication technology as an instrument and the sharing of its results make the organization a very productive organization. For the ideal organizational structure, it is obvious to share the information and make proper communication channels. Transferring information makes better corporate communication (Siegel, 2016).
This paper first gives an overview of technology advancement including information technology and e-commerce/e-business. Then, this paper outlines the overview of organizational structure and theories of management roles. Next, this paper focuses on the interaction between organizational structures and technological advancement. In the next section, the impact of technology advance on models of organizational structure and theories of management roles are discussed by giving justification in the case of the UK retail sector. Finally, evidence for the concept that implies in relation to the management changes is explained.

Human IT resources consist of the cost which is spent in providing the salary and training expenses (Bharadwaj, 2015). Human IT resources have a great impact on the progress of the firm. It can bring great innovativeness to firms and can support a lot in decision making and creating values that give competitive advantages to the firms and they can connect the internal functioning process of the firm with the changing external environment (Lin, 2017).
2.2 E-commerce and E-business
Electronic data interchange is known as EDI is being served the companies through electronic commerce existence. But there are different kinds of technical problems that arise in the country which makes the system restricted to achieve a higher level of credibility (Olson and Rejeski, 2015). Suppliers are the major component of an organization which makes the system of the company locked because of their lacking of a common standard. E-commerce and the strategies of e-business have common and highlighting differences which create a new scope for the applicant of internets (Olson and Rejeski, 2015). The strategy of e-commerce is being characterized for the new catalog which uses by assessing electronic ordering. On the contrary, it can be said that companies are being assessed genuine strategy of e-Business in the organization for making Foster conversation between managers and customers which is possible through the direct link. Siegel (2016) stated that customer-led is such a kind of approach that listens to what customers want and their new strategic way to go into the deep level of loyalty.
E-Business has different kinds o importance to be used by the organization to satisfy customers and to engage them into the conversation between rich customers and the people who are working to settle down e-Business in the organization. According to Buchanan and Badham (2018), it has been stated that the market is a very conversation because of the new economic system used by the management. Cohan (2017) again states that management needs to focus on engaging customers in making decisions regarding the company’s personnel and by focusing on the need for new strategy of the customers under the base of the community (Olson and Rejeski, 2015).
These are few strategies that are being suggested completed information rather than using the primary approach of e-commerce and broachers under businesses. The re-engineering process is the most common and most focused procedure in designing organizational activities in a new way to make the products and service unique from others or competitors.
