2.1 Literature review
Experts define the term “literature review” as the reproducible, explicit, and systematic method. This method is used for evaluating, identifying, and making recorded and finished work’s existing body formed by practitioners, scholars, or researchers (Ridley, D., 2016). Also, a complete summary of any research on any topic is known as a literature review. The literature review includes a survey of any particular research, scholarly articles, or any book. On the other hand, critical analysis of research questions or research, literature, or any specific topic is known as a literature review. A literature review is mainly written for the comparison of previous research with the recent one.
It is the classification, evaluation, or compilation of other researchers’ writing thought on the same specific topic. Though literature review is a critical review, it works on such particular areas, for example, research findings, research evaluation, and assessment, research theories, research methodologies, critiques, etc. (Ridley, D., 2016). This is basically not a summary in order to collect information and knowledge from articles, reports, and journals. A literature review should describe, specify, evaluate, summarize, and explain the preceding research. A literature review gives someone a handy guide on a specific research topic. A literature review is one of the secondary sources. The literature review process requires various types of ways of thinking and activities (Pan, M., 2016).

Literature reviews aim to improve knowledge and understanding of researchers and dispute applicable to specific areas of study or any topic and to show that information and knowledge in a written report form.
