Purpose this interview  

The purpose of this research is to evaluate the effectiveness of leadership skills in project management. The goal of this survey is to provide recommendations for project managers in Nigeria to improve their leadership skills. Your participation is highly appreciated. The data will not be misused or used to identify any individual consumers; it will only be used for research purposes, and as an MBA dissertation (Coursework). Therefore, it is advised to the participants to provide their responses carefully so that their views are presented accurately in this research study.

Questions

  1. What is your position and how long have been in this position?
  2. How do you evaluate the effectiveness of leadership practices in project management?
  3. If your managers were asked to rate your leadership skills, how would they reply?
  4. What would subordinates say about your leadership style?
  5. What challenges do you face in leadership practices in project management?
  6. How would you recommend the project managers in Nigeria to improve their leadership skills and competencies?
