Abstract
Business communication is the key term in business. In general, while the communication creates between the two or more parties about different functions of business then it can be referred to as ‘Business Communication’. There are a number of principles of effective communication to increase practices that are clarity, consistency, feedback, completeness, objectives, and understanding sender and receiver. There are some key principles of different types or forms of Mr. Fishy’s communication. Firstly, effective Mr. Fishy’s communication of different forms can provide clear consideration about how its people maintain both structure and culture of the organization. Secondly, this clear consideration helps to develop leadership skills between its people that help to develop organizational productivity. Thirdly, Mr. Fishy’s different forms of communication can help to know different norms as well as the standards of its business. Mr. Fishy faces different communication barriers which are cultural barriers, barriers in strategies, environmental barriers, and psychological barriers.

1.0 Introduction
This paper, first, provides a literature review on the purposes and principles of different forms of organizational communication, and the principles of effective communication are described. Secondly, this report addresses the key communication barriers as well as challenges faced by Mr. Fishy and identifies different strategies to overcome the communication barriers. Finally, this report addresses the general theories of organizational communication and also highlights how these theories are relevant to the staff who are working at Mr. Fishy.

2.1 Purposes and principles of different forms of organizational communication
Effective communication means communication between or among two or more parties where intended information is understood, delivered and received successfully (Parkins, 2016). In terms of business, communication may be effective if the information shared between employees of the business contributes to the commercial success of that business. There are different types or forms of organizational communication. Rothwell (2016) said that in the case of the organizational structure organizational communication can be classified as formal communication and informal communication. In addition, in the case of direction, organizational communication can be classified as Horizontal communication, upward communication, and downward communication.
Rogas (2017) stated that Organizational communication means proper exchange of organizational information, thoughts, and ideas both in an internal way and in external ways. Different types or forms of organizational communication have some key purposes. First of all, several types or forms of organizational communication can manage the different tasks of an organization including customer services, manufacturing and production system, and product sales. Secondly, several forms or types of organizational communication can help to adjust to the changes that occurred in an organization through effective communication creativity (Graham, 2016)……………..
