Executive Summary
Personal and professional development (PPD) covers the very important skills of the students at different levels of their education. PPD defines the process in which the learners get engaged in the learning process to attain the desired goals of their studies. This paper demonstrates the various contexts related to Personal and professional development. My personal development process covers the goals of my studies, career development process, strategies, self-analysis etc. By the self-analysis process, I can identify the strengths and weaknesses within my character and capabilities are checked them repeatedly to attain the optimum professional development skills. This paper includes various learning styles. VARK styles help the students to identify their status as students and choose specific procedures. The learners in this style are varied in four types. This report adds the reflections of my experiences while collecting and writing the report of PPD.

1.0 Introduction
Every student has compulsory duties to complete the Personal and Professional Development strategies to define their goals. This PPD module comprises several components like study plan, selection courses, selection institutions, define professional careers, career development process, action plans etc. Professional development proceeds through attaining employability skills. Employability skills include the student’s interpersonal and organizational skills. ICT skills, communication skills, presentation skills, critical thinking ability, problem-solving and decision-making strategic approaches etc. are important skills that play vitally important roles in building interpersonal skills within academic and organizational skills.
This PPD module defines the PPD, how to plan PPD in the personal development process firstly. Secondly, this report outlines my own development process setting goals and objectives. Then, it discusses the self-analysis models for the personal development process. Thirdly, it explains various models of learning strategies like the Honey and Mumford model, Kolb’s learning cycle, VARK model etc. that define the professional developments too. This paper adds my personal reflection describing my own personal skill in the fourth stage. In this part, the swot analysis model helps me to identify the various strengths, opportunities, threats, and weaknesses within me.
2.0 PPD Plan
2.1 Define PPD
PPD refers to the structured process which reflects the current learning process and performance of the students (Tipton, 2018). This is the acronym for Personal and Professional Development. This comprises development procedures of a student including and setting career development, future personal, educational strategies. PPD identifies the key professional and personal managerial or leadership competencies which require several interpersonal and organization skills (Chen, 2017).
2.2 PPD Planning Process
PPD planning process works on several stages which involves personal and professional development methodologies (Fagel, 2019). Personal development in a cyclic model includes identification of needs, looking for development opportunities, formulation of action plans, undertaking development approaches, records outcomes, evaluate and review the achievement through a well-established purpose setting.

Justification of my aims and objectives
I have found some skills that need to be developed like problem-solving, critical thinking, decision making, communication skill development etc. I adopted several techniques to attain the goals. I have attended the coaching and counseling program that helped to identify the skills gap. I have been admitted into an online course to develop professional skills of leadership, decision making, problem-solving, data analysis, analytical ability etc.

These people play separate roles in the workplace (Mangal et al., 2019). I am a reflector in this model to play roles in writing my experience and implement in the practices.
VARK Learning Styles
Graphic exhibitions such as illustrations, charts, diagrams are used for visual learners. Auditory learners acquire by hearing. Hands-on experience in this kinesthetic learner acquires impressing. I follow all the styles of this model play helpful roles.
Kolb Learning Cycle
learner meets a new experience or innovates an existing experience in the concrete learning stage (Kolb, 2016). The reflective stage compels a person to stage shown how to complete a goal. Applies new ideas in the active by the learners. I find the basic qualities and evaluate to update ort modification approaches……………………………..
