Introduction
There are several types of businesses in the UK market. These markets are controlled and managed by knowledgeable and skilled persons and they are very scientific in their businesses. These businesses’ key aim is to increase business profit as well as promote the company in the global marketplace. An organization may be able to accurately run different functional operations by a business. The department of HR plays a significant role in a company. The manager of HR tries in order to achieve business goals and objectives indefinite time period. This assignment defines the environmental conditions of business in the UK market. It also describes the UK marketplace’s major functional activities. In accounting workshops, all features and activities are explained in the fourth task. Lastly, this assignment explains the customer services of the business.

1.1 Types of organizations found in the public and private sector
In the developed marketplace, there are different kinds of business organizations. The business organizations communicate with one another by promoting as well as supporting the particular business company.
Public sector
Public sector organizations are organizations that are run and funded by the government. Audit Commission, Atomic Weapons Establishment, the Cabinet Office, Civil Service Fast Stream, Crown Prosecution Service; Child Support Agency, NHS, TFL are the main public sector organizations.

Private sector
The companies which are not funded by the government are called private sector companies. There are different private sector organizations. These are Greenergy, IPMG, John Lewis Partnership, Igloo, SSP, WILKO, etc.
Sole trader
A sole trader, for new businesses and entrepreneurs, is the most common and simplest structure. A sole trader is responsible for maintaining the expenses and sales records of a business.

Partnership
A partnership business is a particular type of lawful correlation created by an agreement between two or more persons or companies to establish a business successfully.
Example: Some examples of famous partnership businesses are Google, eBay, Twitter, and GoPro & Red Bull.

A franchise business is a business in which the owners, or “franchisors”, sell the rights to their business logo, name, and model to third-party retail outlets, owned by independent, third-party operators, called “franchisees”.
