Communication skills mean the capability to deliver info to other people efficiently and effectively. Managers with better written, verbal as well as non-verbal skills of communication of business assist the information sharing among the people in an organization for its profit-making (Business Dictionary, 2017). Thus, different companies give lots of development and training to their staff to develop their skills of communication (The balance, 2016). This assignment concentrates on different skills of communication which are the basics in the place of work. This assignment is established depending on the issue of the place of work.
2.0 Overview of the issue in the workplace
My load of the work has risen affectedly which it applied in my place of work. I face problems finishing the work time due to workload. My load of the work has been increased within one year as I have got the duty of more members of the team who went from work. However, an individual has been employed as well as switched him. These loaded works have been providing strain in the place of work which is distressing my mind or health. Additionally, it is also disturbing my life of family or society. I consider I must interconnect with my managers to overcome the workplace’s issue in this condition.

3.0 Communication and types of communication
Communication is a procedure in that info is conveyed among persons over a general method of behavior, symbols, or signs (Merriam-Webster, 2016). One part is an encoder, as well as the other part, which is the decoder in an effective process of communication. Communication is a method for conveying information efficiently. People can communicate in different ways such as written, verbal, and non-verbal. On the other hand, the correct use of the channel of communication relies on the types or context of communication. Moreover, the communication style, choice, and channel affect the communication’s efficiency and quality. 3.1 Verbal communication
The allocation of info among persons by applying speech is known as verbal communication (The Business Communication, 2015). The communication is done by mouth words as well as a writing piece in the verbal communication process. The individual must appreciate every communication’s objectives which are trying taken. The characteristics of verbal communication should be simple and short because short or simple communication should be effective. Verbal communication takes place by group discussions, face-to-face conversations, interviews, counseling, radio, calls, television, notes, reports, letters, email, memos, etc (The Business Communication, 2015). Thus, when someone conveys a message, she/he wants to place herself/himself on the receiver’s side and must think from the viewpoint of the receiver.
