- My present coursework at the University of Wales includes eight key modules, all of which are report-based. In addition, in my previous courses, I had to write reports or essays for many modules that have increased my communication skills, mainly written skills.
- In my present and previous job, I need to develop a report on the staff performance, sales revenue and business performance that has also developed my communication skills.
Teamwork
- In my present course, there is a module named “Project Planning” that has developed my team working skills. We a number of team members worked together on the report of this module as part of course work.
- In addition, the “Working in Team” module has developed my knowledge and understanding of team building, developing and leading a team.
Leadership
- The managerial positions at present workplaces and previous workplaces have developed my management and leadership skills. I had the lead and manage a number of peoples in the workplace. The coursework at my previous course at university has taught me the leadership
Problems solving
- As a manager, I face several problems and for each problem, I have to find out solution. Dealing with several problems at workplaces has improved my problem-solving skills.
- The module “Problem Solving” has also developed my problem-solving skills.
Presentation and time management skills
- My current and previous jobs have increased my presentation and time management skills. In addition, coursework at current and previous university has developed my presentation and time management skills.
