Information and communication skills are considered as the pillar of a successful business and this plays a vitally important role in the development progress of the company. Business documents or business letters are media for transferring information and making proper communication with the customers and stakeholders. There are various types of business letters used for sharing knowledge with the customers and the employees of a business.
