Part 1: Self Managed Learning Process
Honey and Mumford Model
In order to judge the personal and professional skill development of self and organization, Honey and Mumford’s theory can be applied. The Honey and Mumford learning process is a two-way learning process that highlights the understanding of the learning style and opportunities to understand the learning process. This model is developed as a four-phased learning process activist, theorist, pragmatist and reflector. According to this theory, I use to help people having learning disabilities by helping them in their daily works by weekly grocery, going to their hospital appointments. This type of activity can be stated as the Activist learner according to the Honey and Mumford model. An activist learner uses to dirty their hands and indulges their time by helping disabled people, just what I did in Brent Council, UK.
It can be stated as the noblest task that includes brainstorming, solving problems single headedly to playing their roles. The task use to do at the Brent Council was free from biasness having no gesture of partiality.
Self-managed Learning Approaches (AC 1.1)
Several approaches to the self-managed learning process that is used to learn as an individual. Through various seminars and conferences, the idea of learning is shared in a wide space that can help to improve the learning process. Moreover, attending those seminars helps to increase self-confidence skill and can manage to interact with the ideas of different somewhat public. Â Another learning that can help the improvement of the self-learning process is the internet and various websites (Briggs and Raine, 2013). Edwards et al. (2013) have stated that it helps to provide different kinds of data and information from different sources that enhance personality and skill development.
During my working days at Brent Council, I used to receive the phonies, check the emails, and surfing the internet for conducting my duty and gathering knowledge (Falk et al. 2012). On the other hand, telephonic interaction with various kinds of people can help to gather sound knowledge. Lin (2012) has contradicted negatively stating that gathering information from the internet-based knowledge can be somewhere inappropriate as the people as per their own choice can manipulate the source of the knowledge.

Here, I was gathering knowledge and learning processes to different kinds of people from different sources, the internet, and email services. Telephonic interaction with various people and surfing the internet has been a key source of knowledge here.
The knowledge that I have gathered knowledge here is somewhat maybe falser as there is a question of the reliability of the person’s profound knowledge about the information he/she was asked by me. However, the contradiction of the certainty of knowledge has left a wide space for the further requirement of knowledge.
Evaluation of the benefits of self-managed learning (AC 1.3)
Self-management learning is a way of enhancing confidence and management skill that lasts with the individual for a lifetime. In recent years, management-training programs concentrate on self-managed learning. This approach is mainly used by organizations to acts as mirrors to an original manage mental program. This approach enables the individual to lead and manage him or herself by the process of learning. This is done by the organization, to ensure that the staff is constantly motivated and continues to develop in a certain direction.
