Introduction
In this assignment, the main focal point is the reflective essay on the basis of analyzing the learning of group members. In our learning, the main task has comprised the business plan that was prepared by our team that title was “Business plan for peach essentials”. To prepare this essay, we have applied a familiar model known as Gibb’s Model. To prepare the reflective study, this model is considered the best and effective model because it helps to cover the learning reflection effectively. There are 6 phases of the model of learning. The first phase is feeling, the second is a description, the third is analysis, the fourth is evaluation, and fifth is an action plan and finally the conclusion. This model is regarded as an accurate model to describe the reflection effectively in several conditions. At the beginning of learning study, this model is useful. It is also useful in changing the knowledge pattern and easy modification (Dye, 2011). But, this model has drawbacks including being ineffective in an unrealistic, uncertain and conflicting situations.

Description
The description is the explanation of the reflective study along with the data and information (Dye, 2011). Sharma and Devi (2017) noted that the reflector describes the reflection essay on the basis of adequate information. Sharma and Devi (2017) also noted that corporate social responsibility indicates that the actions arranged by firms to increase the welfare of the community. The CSR functions are managed by organizations towards the various stakeholders to ensure peace in economical, social and environmental areas. The main goal of CSR is to increase the suitability of changing business. Most business firms take actions to mitigate the CSR functions but these are not enough. The CSR functions are two types. One is implicit and another is explicit. The social demands are considered in the explicit CSR and community demands are considered in implicit CSR. The key responsibility of the business firms is to maintain both explicit CSR and implicit CSR to ensure the ultimate objectives of corporate social responsibility.
Feeling
The feeling is the second phase of the learning model of a reflective essay. In this phase, the feelings and thinking are explained on the basis of the reflective study. The reflector explains the feelings and thoughts very carefully to understand the main theme of reflective learning. The human attitude, feelings and thoughts are different from one another (University of Cambria, 2017). The motivation levels are not similar to each other because people have different motivational demands. Business organizations have to understand the process of motivating the different people of the organizations to gain objectives of them (Olsson, 2019). In this phase, the change in attitude, feelings and thoughts of the people are very important. The production of goods and services is the first function and then marketing the products in the market on the basis of customers’ expectations and demands. The proper understanding of customers’ feelings, attitude and expectations help to understand the demand of the customers. It increases the customers’ attraction and profit history of the business organizations. The core competencies of the business firms depend on the effective understanding of customers’ demands, needs and expectations. Additionally, the employees’ satisfaction is also important to operate a business in an efficient system. Therefore, the employees’ feelings, motivational level and attitudes are needed to be understood for making them satisfied and motivated. Motivated employees bring the best outcomes for business organizations because employees can understand the feelings of the customers very effectively. The effective understanding of feelings helps to achieve career plans reasonably and fairly.
Evaluation
The evaluation indicates the examination process of the reflective study. It explains the bad &good experiences of the reflector in an effective manner (Dye, 2011). In the evaluation technique, the manager of a project can be selected from graduates after the evaluation process. Here, the company can select a graduate as a project manager who has completed graduate and has adequate experience in the extra activities. The additional experiences include group and team working knowledge, leadership capability, training in different fields, adequate knowledge about project and project management (Herbert, 2017). It is true that several companies have arranged training opportunities for the fresh graduate that term as an internship program before final recruitment. Here, the company evaluates the performance of the graduate at the time of the internship program and recruits the graduate as a manager. On the contrary, the written examination and viva are also taken as evaluation of the performance of the graduate before recruiting them as final managers.
