1.0 Introduction
First of all, I am a student of Level 4 Diploma at the University of Wales, London under the department of Business and Management. Already; I have passed Level 3 Diploma in Business. My favorite activities include several things like watching TV programs and music programs. Most of the time I love to read books, newspapers, articles, and journals. I like various games and sports especially cricket and I support the England cricket team. I also love football and support Liverpool Football Club. Sometimes, I am going to the stadium for enjoying cricket and football sports. Additionally; I have gained lots of experience at the time of working in the retail industry. It is very good for me that I worked in various retail companies and gained lots of experience. I worked as a customer service manager at Tesco PLC, UK for 4 years and now I am working with Waitrose Plc as a marketing officer. I have already set my future aim and I am very much eager to be a good researcher. For this reason; I set my plan to complete the graduation and post-graduation as well as a Ph.D. degree from the university in the UK. This Ph.D. degree will help me to accomplish my future career as a researcher.

According to Sahrma (2016), the employers want adequate skills from their employees which are known as employability skills that are described as below:
Trustworthy
Trustworthiness can be defined as the confidence of an employer to complete the responsibility within a predetermined time and quality. According to Tucker (2017), the higher the trustworthiness of .an employee, the higher the confidence of the employee to complete the responsibility within predetermined time and quality. means an employer or college can rely on an employee to get the job done on time and in the right way. Trustworthiness affects the employee’s honesty, integrity, and relationship among the employees within the firm. Therefore; it is an important skill of the employees in the working environment.
Honesty and integrity
It is well known that “Honesty is the best policy’. According to Johnson (2017), Honesty and integrity both are necessary for achieving success in professional life as well as whole practical life. Honesty indicates the truthfulness and morality of a person and integrity indicates the communication power and relationship capability of a person. Both help to improve the confidence level of the person in the working place.
Time management skills
It is also another important skill of an employee to demonstrate good time management. It indicates that the concentration of time to perform a task. Mattiske (2016) said that the higher the time management capacity of the employee, the higher the quality of the employee. For ensuring the time management of the employee, the manager has to set the standard time and compare the actual time with the standard time to measure the capability of the employees……………………
