Introduction
Organizational behavior is the research of both companies and worker performances and actions within a business section. There are two theories of organizational behavior. These theories can be reviewed by organizations. Organizational behavior is also the research of the way people cooperate within parties. Organizational behavior is used in an effort to generate more proficient business sectors.
The significance of organizational behavior is many. It creates a superior relationship between the employee, organization as well as social motives. It completes human resources wide arrangement, for example, manners, guidance, companies, management changing, education, etc. It improves comparison in an organization. Usage of human resources can be created by organizational behavior. It simplifies inspiration. It conducts upper proficiency.
This report focuses on four major tasks. The first task discusses the comparison of the organizational structure and the culture of A&Z Associate. It also focuses on the relationship between A&Z Associate’s structure and cultural impacts. It also reports on the factors which influence the individual behavior in A&Z Associate and Samsung. The second task emphasizes the comparison of different leadership styles in A&Z Associate and Samsung. It also reports on the several management practices in A&Z Associate and Samsung as well as discusses the theory underpins which relate to their management procedures. As Huczynski and Buchanan (2015) note, organizational structure explains the traditional methods of job and indicative relationships which cooperate, control, and convinces staff so that they do their jobs together to achieve organizational purposes. There are major organizational structures in business sectors. These are flat organizational structure, matrix organizational structure, and hierarchical organizational structure. These are described below:
Hierarchical or Tall structure:
According to Creately (2015), the business is organized in layers, with the higher layers having more authority than those below them. Decisions can be made quickly by those at the top of the organization but communication may be slower as the message has to pass through all the layers. Governments, religions, corporations apply hierarchical organizational structures.

Matrix structure:
According to Creately (2015), sometimes the business needs to use people with a variety of skills who are drawn from many parts or functional areas of the business such as marketing, operations, finance, and human resources. These can be organized into teams to complete projects. The purpose of a matrix structure is to draw together workers with a range of necessary skills, in order to complete a given project.
