According to Mullins (2015), the study of the behavior of the staff is considered organizational behavior. The aim of organizational behavior is to spotlight the performance and activities of the employees in an organization. It is the study of the way of communication of the employees in their workplace. It is discussed from the internal and external perspectives of the organization. This report discusses several issues related to organizations and behaviors. The first part of this report discusses how organizational culture and structure are related to each other in the case of particular organizations. The chosen organizations in this assignment are Primark and Greggs. Greggs is a leading food retail and chain shop in the UK. Primark is clothing retail and chain shop in the UK.
The comparison of different leadership styles in different organizations is discussed in the second task of this report. It analyses the way of establishing the management practice as per an organizational theory. The assessment of different methods to the management of ‘Greggs’ and ‘Primark’ is done.
The third task of the report spotlights the influence of different leadership styles on the motivation of employees at the time of any change at Greggs. Different motivational theories with the Greggs are discussed. The report assesses the effectiveness of the theory of motivation for managers.

An organizational structure specifies every single job, the function of jobs, and the operation of employees in the workplace. The organizational structure is classified as a hierarchical structure, flat structure, and matrix structure, which are discussed as follows:
According to Mullins (2015), the hierarchical structure is used by organizations when the organizations need to create integration between the workers and senior management of the business. This structure includes less distance between the team members and the senior management people of organizations. This means this structure provides fast and effective communication with its employees. The sample of this structure is shown as follows:

According to Mullins (2015), the matrix structure is a complex process that includes a mix of a hierarchical and flat structure. This structure creates a relationship between business every function and every division. Thus, it works as a grid of the matrix. In this case, the employees or management people have a dual relationship and responsibility in the workplace. Thus, organizations need several management people for every single department. Horizontal or flat structure:
The flat organizational structure is known as horizontal structure also. This structure can be applied to small businesses. This structure of the organizations leads to better decision-making. In this structure, organizations have single chief executives or managers, and under this person, there are many junior or line managers.
