The staffs of Apple are nearly 115000 who have great contribution to increase the number of customers of Apple. The financial ratios of Apple have presented that Apple has covered a large number of shares around the world. That’s why; Apple got 3rd position as the Smartphone producer in the world (Apple Annual Report, 2018). The main competitors of Apple are Dell and HP who got 1st and second position.
The performance of the business is affected by the nature of stakeholders. Apple has several stakeholders including customers, employees, employees’ families, government, investors, community, and partners. Every member of the stakeholders is important for Apple. That is why; Apple should make good communication with all stakeholders and create a strong bonding with the stakeholders (Burnette, 2019). Apple Annual Report (2018) disclosed that Apple offers quality products to customers and offers fair returns to investors as well as fair salaries of the employees. The community also gets benefits from the social activities of apple.
