Rests of the 20% manufactured products are sold in the shops which are mainly for women. Their main items are blouse, shorts and knitting products. In their product, they utilize their own company brand label. Cy Goldmark is the owner and key stakeholder of the company. In the primary stages of the business, the ‘mix and/or match’ concept of the owner helped the business to grow its business more. That time with the concept the owner was able to produce trendy and above-average clothing for women.
However, with the development and advancement of the generation, this theory is not enough for the business. The company is facing a greater level of competition in the market. The owner CY also has given his family members the power to control his business according to their desire and without doing any consultation with him. These are causing great harm to the business.
