Personal branding can be defined as the branding method of a person by his own efforts. According to Stelzner (2019), Personal branding helps to make and influence other people for creating position, value, and credibility of an individual. It helps an individual to make him different from others. Personal branding creates the opportunity at the career level, increases the level of influence, and attains the ultimate target of one. Personal branding helps to identify the person’s uniqueness and establish a reputation by which other people know him (Schwartz, 2018). It is also called self-packaging by which one can influence others to attract him. Without personal branding, no one can attain his/her targeted careers or aims.

Then, the person should try to remove all the weaknesses and threats that hamper the reputation and brand. Then, the person should create and focus and highlight the best qualities. After that, the person should develop credibility through reputation maintenance. Finally, the person should monitor the results of personal development and take further actions for developing personal branding for others.
